Absolutely not. CrossFit is infinitely scalable regardless of where you are in your journey. The goal is to just commit. We all started at different levels. It you are as long as you start.
We do allow for experienced CFers from affiliates to drop in. We ask that you give us a heads up by texting Jenn @479-381-8116 and let us know which and class you’ll be dropping into and your CF background. Please do not just show up unannounced.
We offer various memberships that range from $7 a class to $10 a class. We can set you up with the best membership based on your goals.

We understand CF may not be for everyone. I’d you have given us a try and not interested, we require a 30 day written notice to cancel your membership.
