Workout of the Day
FOR ALL AGES & ABILITIES
A one hour, organized, coach led group class consisting of a warm up, followed by a high powered variety of strength, weightlifting, gymnastics, a conditioning.
This program was developed to enhance and individuals competency at all physical tasks. Our athletes are trained to perform successfully at multiple, diverse, and randomized physical challenges. You will be challenged both mentally and physically in your workouts but will find a great sense of camaraderie with those in your class.
We believe in training for life and not one specific thing. Training for life means we have to be prepared for the unknown and unknowable. Our workouts involve exercises that mimics everyday movements so that you can be stronger and more efficient in day to day activities. Our mission is increase your longevity and vitality.
Our team works 1 on 1 in a private session with individuals to support their life, athletic, and long-term goals. Whether you have a rigorous schedule, need help with accountability or consistency, or have specific movement goals in mind, our trainers will coach you through a personalized program designed to fit your needs.
Hybrid AF 24/7 Access
With this add on feature, we offer around the clock access to the box. In addition to the work out of the day, we provide additional daily programming you can do on your own: Olympic weightlifting, functional body building, equipment free, aerobic capacity, and competitive work outs.
Nutrition is crucial to both health and performance. Whether you need to establish a lifelong approach to food, want to improve your performance, or make changes to your body composition, our nutrition coach will guide and support you to results you never thought possible.
We occasionally host specialty clinics that goes in depth into the more advanced movements in weightlifting and gymnastics such as the Clean, Snatch, handstand push ups / walks, kipping and butterfly pull ups, and muscle ups.
Community events help us meet other members we might not see in our regular class times. – Yoga, Ladies only WOD, Bro Sesh, Family fun day, Memorial Day Murph, Forth of July cookout and fireworks.
