A one hour, organized, coach led group class consisting of a warm up, followed by a high powered variety of strength, weightlifting, gymnastics, a conditioning.
This program was developed to enhance and individuals competency at all physical tasks. Our athletes are trained to perform successfully at multiple, diverse, and randomized physical challenges. You will be challenged both mentally and physically in your workouts but will find a great sense of camaraderie with those in your class.
We believe in training for life and not one specific thing. Training for life means we have to be prepared for the unknown and unknowable.
